About us
Time Well Spent is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing engaging activities for people 55 years and older. It was created at the request of elder communities after the reduction or elimination of older adult programs from community colleges and adult schools.
Classes are held at senior communities and are designed to provide ongoing opportunities to expand existing skills or explore new interests and ideas.
All of our instructors either own a business or have a college degree in the subject that they’re teaching and most have extensive teaching experience in elder communities.
There are 2 ways to participate in our courses. People may choose to be part of a class or request individual instruction.
The public is often invited to participate in our classes.
